By accessing or using the iSET+ platform, including our interactive labs, AI environments, and educational content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Compliance

Our platform provides simulated environments for educational purposes in cybersecurity and AI. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

• No Malicious Use: You must not use our platform, tools, or knowledge gained to attack, exploit, or harm any unauthorized third-party systems or networks.
• Authorized Testing Only: All security testing must be confined strictly to the provided sandbox environments (e.g., Elite Sandbox Arena, Interactive Labs, Live Wargaming).
• Data Compliance: You agree not to upload sensitive, classified, or personally identifiable information (PII) into our simulated environments unless explicitly required by a specific, anonymized lab scenario.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iSET+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iSET+, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
